The group performs everything from 50's and 60's standards like Twist and Shout, Jailhouse Rock, Fly Me to the Moon, and Locomotion, to current pop hits by Whitney Houston, Montel Jordon, Alanis Morissette, Prince, The Spin Doctors, and Mariah Carey.

Shades of Grey's talented line up is not to be overlooked. Led by Greggori; who has been billed with Jodeci, James Brown and Patti LaBelle is the groups keyboardist and vocal. Jennifer Nicole who is credited for the smash hit "There'll Always Be A Christmas" released during Desert Storm, sings lead vocals. Glen Caldwell delivers power house vocals and lead guitar. Donald Payne and Neal Cobb both lock up the rhythm section of the band, while Tim Lawson's guitar work grooves along.

Although Shades of Grey is currently working on group and solo recording projects, the majority of the music played is Motown, Classic Rock, current R & B and Pop.
