One World Tribe plays a mixture of classical, reggae, Jazz, funk, rap, Latin, R & B and World Beat. With One World Tribe, they find a way to bring all these styles under one roof in a joyous celebratory way.

The group recently released its debut CD "Unity and Diversity", which is receiving international attention.

Where the Tribe stands is pretty obvious on tracks like "We Are One", "No Justice, No Peace" and the title song.

They believe in unity, not separation, peace, not warfare, the working man, not soulless greed. It's upbeat, hopeful music that figures if we can all dance together, we should be able to live together.

Showcasing an even mix of black, white, Asian and Hispanic musicians, "The Tribe" is a true "multi-cultural" band formed on the basis of tearing down racial differences in order to construct an eclectic group of musicians.

Consisting of ten band members ranging from street musicians to a Berklee College graduate to music professors and various chamber and symphony orchestra members, One World Tribe contains a variety of musical influences beyond compare.
